To commemorate the launch of The Glenrothes 36-Year-Old 1978 Single Cask, NGP curated an intimate event worthy of its special release.
Each piece of the engagement provided guests with sensory experiences that told the story of the brand, its process, and the art that made the launch itself so unique. Limited to just 168 bottles, the prized whisky was produced from a single sherry-seasoned hogshead cask that spent some 36 years quietly maturing in the Scottish Highlands.
Leveraging a unique collaboration between New Yorker cartoonist Maddie Dai and The Glenrothes, NGP put art and history at the forefront of the consumer experience while also paying homage to the packaging of the 36-year old liquid which Dai designed herself. Upon purchasing the whisky, collectors everywhere will receive Dai’s artwork as a non-fungible token (NFT) that will also point to other IRL experiences.
